1. Deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences on the counter — warm welcome, active listening, needs analysis and bespoke perfume, skincare and make‑up consultations.
2. Apply the Guerlain selling method to convert interactions into sales and to grow both local and international client portfolios through clientelling, follow‑up and telephone outreach.
3. Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to collective commercial objectives; monitor performance and propose action plans from customer satisfaction feedback.
4. Maintain Retail Excellence standards: point‑of‑sale procedures, merchandising, stock control, check‑out operations and counter housekeeping.
5. Foster team spirit by participating in briefings, sharing best practice and supporting the overall harmony and functioning of the counter.
