Guerlain Finance Intern - Travel Retail

1. Monitor and analyze the weekly portfolio for the travel retail market.
2. Serve as an alert system for potential issues.
3. Develop and analyze reports for operational and finance teams during monthly closings.
4. Track sell-out data and consolidate results from Asia, Europe, ME, and Americas.
5. Review turnover and P&L, and track expenses by nature.
6. Verify data consistency across IT systems such as SAP, Orion, and Syrus.
7. Coordinate budgetary processes for the four Travel Retail regions.
8. Consolidate and analyze revised/budget data.
9. Contribute to the creation of worldwide budget presentations for top management.
10. Create and distribute monthly Outlook reports to different regions.
11. Consolidate data and analyze feedback for consistency.
12. Perform ad-hoc analyses, including CAPEX analysis and monitoring work-in-progress items.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a focus on finance.

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. Proactive and committed approach to work.
3. Enthusiastic, curious, and adaptable team player.
4. Solid knowledge of finance (P&L) and accounting.
5. Fluency in English.
6. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Familiarity with SAP and Essbase (Orion) is advantageous.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Bachelor's or Master's level in business or equivalent university education with a focus on finance.
