- Develop and implement e-retail, digital, and CRM strategies aligned with the brand's overarching digital strategy.
- Expand e-retail channels and establish new client relationships across the Czech Republic and Slovakia, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and execute an annual e-retail plan to enhance brand visibility across e-retailers' media and tools.
- Lead technical development of e-retail online media, including newsletters, rich media, and banner ads.
- Manage digital communication and social media activities for e-retail.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive digital development.
- Innovate and adapt online marketing strategies, coordinating brand design and production.
- Support the development of the brand’s e-commerce, digital tools, and platforms.
- Contribute to CRM strategy development, expanding the brand’s database and ensuring quality reach.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to enhance brand presence in the digital environment.
- Identify and evaluate influencers for collaboration, developing strategies to maximize engagement.
- Engage with media agencies and journalists, developing localized press materials.
- Assist in planning and executing events.
- Deliver reports and presentations as required.
- Manage budgets effectively.
- Inspire the digital team with innovative e-retail development ideas.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally within the cosmetics industry.
- University degree.
- Proficiency in Czech and English, with excellent written and presentation skills.
- Experience in e-retail and/or e-commerce.
- In-depth knowledge of visual e-merchandising, email marketing, SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, website UX, and paid social media.
- Ability to create, edit, and upload product photography and descriptions to e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Creative, imaginative, and energetic with a focus on high-end quality execution.
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Organizational and planning capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
