- Support the Chief Data & AI Officer in deploying the 'LVMH AI for All' program within Guerlain, collaborating with HR teams to establish internal communication and training plans.
- Animate the data and business leaders community at Guerlain to encourage knowledge sharing, best practices, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in workshops, conferences, and internal events to promote data awareness and a data-driven culture.
- Assist top management in aligning data activation strategies with Guerlain's overall strategy, commercial objectives, and societal commitments.
- Coordinate project tracking, steering committees, and roadmaps with stakeholders, consolidating and managing associated budgets.
- Align project managers around common practices, standards, and methodologies to enhance collaboration and agility.
- Provide regular updates on progress, achievements, and value generated by data activation efforts.
- Contribute to data and tech team reflections to maximize the scale of initiatives (MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD, Factories).
- Establish relationships with business verticals (Finance, HR, CSR) to understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and structure initiatives using frameworks like RICE and Impact Benefits.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the luxury or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of data activation strategies and AI transformation.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data and analytics concepts, tools, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to drive change and foster a data-driven culture.
- Understanding of data privacy and security regulations is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the luxury or consumer goods industry.
