Guerlain CRM Activation Project Manager

- Develop and manage relational plans, campaign management, and CRM tool production.
- Coordinate with internal, external stakeholders, and markets to ensure alignment and execution.
- Prepare and lead validation meetings with the marketing team.
- Oversee the development and delivery of market tools, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Optimize relational tools and CRM support materials.
- Update existing tools and develop new recruitment, loyalty, and reactivation mechanisms.
- Craft and manage email campaigns, including tactical and trigger emails.
- Manage budgets and operational processes, including order tracking.
- Conduct competitive analysis and create benchmarks.
- Provide weekly support and guidance to markets for CRM strategy deployment.
- Consolidate market activities, including campaigns, results, and optimization levers.
- Communicate and coordinate activation plans with market stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance and KPI evolution at international and market levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent with a specialization in Client/CRM Marketing.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in client relationship development and activation roles, preferably in beauty or luxury sectors.
- Proven autonomy and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks proactively.
- Strong team player with attention to detail, persuasive communication skills, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and synthesis.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software (Adobe, Salesforce) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of CRM database management and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Minimum of 3 years in roles focused on client relationship development and activation, ideally within the beauty or luxury sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent with a specialization in Client/CRM Marketing.
