1. Serve as an ambassador of Guerlain, embodying and conveying the brand's values to clients and colleagues.
2. Ensure the achievement of commercial objectives and excellence in customer service under the guidance of the Retail Manager.
3. Drive sales growth and market share within the designated territory.
4. Conduct in-depth training sessions for teams on all product lines and brand DNA.
5. Coach and develop team members, ensuring alignment with brand standards and excellence.
6. Organize and execute regular in-store animations and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and sales.
7. Manage stock levels, special orders, and ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines.
8. Foster strong relationships with sector managers and provide regular reports on market trends and competitor activities.
9. Participate in national and regional training sessions and seminars.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in retail is required.
3. Intermediate proficiency in English.
4. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
