- Act as a Guerlain Brand Ambassador by embodying and communicating the brand's savoir-faire, heritage, and values.
- Drive sales results and provide a luxury client experience.
- Manage and develop the Boutique team, including hiring, coaching, and scheduling.
- Execute business strategies and provide on-site retail sales support.
- Conduct sales analysis and propose actions for improvement.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ensure operational excellence, including merchandising and stock management.
- Facilitate store events and promotions.
- Collaborate with corporate office and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of experience in prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management.
- Prior experience as a Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training.
- Strong understanding of details and service.
- Empathetic and positive attitude.
- Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Minimum 5 years of experience in prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management.
Salary range of $70,000-$80,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
Market competitive pay with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
The role is based in Costa Mesa, California, and involves limited travel (5-10%). The company values a client-oriented mindset and promotes a vision of luxury and modernity.
