- Act as a Guerlain Brand Ambassador, embodying and communicating the brand's heritage and values.
- Drive sales results and provide a luxury client experience to establish long-term relationships.
- Execute business strategies developed by Corporate and provide on-site retail sales support.
- Continuously train and motivate Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists.
- Plan and execute special event programs and maintain consistent communication with partners.
- Achieve established retail and net sales goals.
- Manage and develop a team of Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists, including hiring, coaching, scheduling, and payroll.
- Provide customized service experiences and ensure achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Facilitate communication and execution of store events and promote in-store animations.
- Manage boutique operations efficiently, including sales analysis, stock management, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with corporate office and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Build relationships with retail partners and act as a liaison between the retailer and Corporate office.
- 5+ years of experience in prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management.
- Prior experience as a Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training.
- Passionate about Guerlain and its values.
- Empathetic, positive, and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong understanding of luxury client service and sales.
- Ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in sales analysis and strategic planning.
- Creative problem-solving and innovation.
Minimum of 5 years in prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management.
LVMH Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $70,000-$80,000, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
