2. Maximize sales through effective link and cross-selling techniques to enhance customer purchases.

4. Apply Clienteling strategies to build long-term relationships, understanding and catering to individual client preferences and needs.
5. Provide accurate and personalized skin consultations, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and expertise.
6. Act as an ambassador for service excellence, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the highest standards of Guerlain's customer service.
7. Demonstrate products using the Dare to Be techniques, aligning recommendations with the client's specific requirements.
8. Propose and deliver tailor-made services and consultations based on Dare to Be guidelines, ensuring a unique and customized experience for every client.
9. Ensure the store's visual merchandising is at its optimal level, maintaining an attractive and enticing display for customers.
10. Collaborate with the team to organize products and displays, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store environment.
