- Sell Guerlain products while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Initiate contact with customers and engage them effectively both at the point of sale and through proactive traffic-stopping.
- Identify, understand, and address customer needs with personalized product offers in fragrance, make-up, and skincare.
- Propose additional products and guide customers across different product categories.
- Develop lasting relationships with customers through sampling, make-over bookings, and personalized service.
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
- Educate customers on Guerlain products and the brand's heritage.
- Ensure compliance with Guerlain merchandising guidelines and optimize visual exposure at the point of sale.
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to prevent shortages.
- Train and coach multi-brand salespeople on Guerlain products, sales techniques, and brand values.
- Execute Guerlain promotional events efficiently in-store.
- Analyze and report Guerlain turnover and market share within the allocated area.
- Communicate key field messages and improvement suggestions to Guerlain representatives.
- Adhere to corporate and store rules, including punctuality and grooming standards.
- Maintain display quality and cleanliness across all product categories.
- Ensure 100% product availability by monitoring stock issues.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in high-end cosmetics or luxury goods.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on sales.
- Proven selling skills and operational expertise in a luxury, beauty, or fashion environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English at a medium-high level.
- Excellent selling skills.
