1. Drive business development and consistently achieve individual sales targets while maximising customer satisfaction.
2. Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations across fragrance, makeup and skincare categories to foster loyalty and repeat purchases.
3. Proactively utilise client information to execute targeted cross-selling and follow-up activities.
4. Execute assigned store operations and visual merchandising tasks in accordance with brand guidelines and store procedures.
5. Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
6. Adhere strictly to company policies, brand standards and retail operating protocols.

1. Demonstrated enthusiasm for the retail and beauty industry; prior experience in perfume or cosmetics retail is preferred.
2. Preferably 2–3 years of frontline sales experience in luxury or premium retail environments.
3. High level of responsibility, proactivity and a results-oriented mindset.
4. Warm, meticulous and service-minded demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Grooming standards: no prominent facial or exposed-body scars or tattoos; presentation aligned with luxury retail expectations.
6. Mandarin proficiency with clear, standard pronunciation.
