Guerlain Beauty Advisor (Intern / Part-time)

Guerlain is a historic French luxury perfume and cosmetics house renowned for its craftsmanship and olfactory expertise. Operated within LVMH's Perfumes & Cosmetics division, the brand combines artisanal heritage with global boutique retail operations and professional training for in-store teams.

1. Maintain counter presentation and hygiene: clean tester bottle nozzles, wipe and tidy the counter surface, and return misplaced testers to their positions.
2. Perform scheduled fragrance misting of the counter (every 30 minutes) and ensure all merchandising materials (paper bags, ribbons) are organised and prepared.
3. Support inventory activities and general back-of-counter housekeeping.
4. Welcome and engage customers: greet visitors, distribute fragrance strips, invite clients to the counter, offer water and seating when appropriate.
5. Assist beauty advisors with sales service tasks including guiding clients to advisors, packaging gift boxes, and handing out samples after QR-code engagement.
6. Proactively manage customer flow when advisors are occupied by using simple courtesy language to avoid customer wait-time discomfort.

1. Currently enrolled student (university/college) — student/trainee status required.
2. Genuine interest in cosmetics and fragrance and an eagerness to deepen product knowledge.
3. Outgoing, honest, and comfortable with customer-facing interaction.
4. Strong service orientation, reliable execution, and ability to assimilate into a boutique retail team quickly.
5. Resilient under pressure and able to maintain composure in a busy retail environment.

Outstanding interns and student part-timers may be offered permanent Beauty Advisor positions after graduation and can be considered for selection into the retail management trainee programme.
