1. Achieve retail sales goals or annual productivity goals.
2. Provide full-range customer service including product information, sales, and execution of all in-store events.
3. Ensure courteous, cordial, and professional communication with customers.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail counter area and products.
5. Meet retail sales plan objectives and track productivity.
6. Respond to customer requests regarding Guerlain products.
7. Provide consultation for cosmetic shades, skin treatment, makeup application, artistry, and fragrance.
8. Resolve customer issues or questions by telephone or letter.
9. Maintain client registration program and sustain customer relationships.
10. Adhere to all retailer policies and practices.
11. Participate in special projects and miscellaneous duties as needed.

1. 2+ years of prestige beauty sales experience
2. Ability to effectively manage customer expectations and build loyal customer relationships

1. Excellent organizational skills
2. Superior written and verbal communication skills
3. CRT experience and aptitude in learning computer-based inventory and order status detail
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office for Windows and Excel

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.

$27-$29/hour

The role is based in Costa Mesa, California, within a retail environment that requires availability to meet business needs, including light lifting and standing at the counter.
