1. Achieve retail sales goals and annual productivity targets.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, including product information and in-store event execution.
3. Maintain a courteous and professional communication style with customers.
4. Ensure the retail counter and products are always clean, organized, and well-presented.
5. Meet retail sales plan objectives and track productivity.
6. Respond to customer inquiries regarding Guerlain products.
7. Provide expert consultation on cosmetic shades, skincare, makeup application, and fragrance selection.
8. Resolve customer issues through telephone or written correspondence.
9. Maintain client registration programs and foster customer relationships.
10. Adhere to all retailer policies and practices.
11. Participate in special projects and miscellaneous duties as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in prestige beauty sales.
2. Ability to manage customer expectations and build loyal relationships.

1. Excellent organizational skills.
2. Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
4. Experience with CRT and computer-based inventory systems.
