Guerlain Assistant E-commerce Key Account Manager

1. Oversee the business results of the Guerlain Douyin Flagship Store.
2. Plan and execute calendar events with strategic initiatives and sales objectives.
3. Collaborate with platforms, KOLs, and internal teams to achieve monthly sales targets.
4. Lead digital partners and third-party teams to ensure smooth operations.
5. Support line manager in P&L management, sales planning, and KOL livestream strategy development.
6. Coordinate with internal marketing, logistics, and product teams to align business objectives.
7. Monitor and analyze key business metrics and generate insights for decision-making.
8. Manage store operations, including product refreshes, promotions, warehousing, and logistics.
9. Control purchase orders and expenses.

1. Over 4 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the cosmetics or FMCG industry.
2. Experience with EKA or EMKT, with knowledge in key account management, e-commerce operations, and digital marketing.
3. Project management skills are advantageous.

1. Strong data analysis and logical reasoning skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and multitask effectively.
4. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluent in English and Chinese.

Over 4 years of experience in e-commerce, particularly within the cosmetics or FMCG sectors.
