- Lead and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Serve as a role model and coach, ensuring adherence to selling ceremony expectations.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with team members and peers, acting as an advocate for the brand.
- Welcome feedback and adapt behaviors to achieve short and long-term goals.
- Ensure accountability for company policies and processes while empowering the team.
- Create enthusiasm and positivity for a shared vision and mission.
- Lead client initiatives, including follow-up and service leadership for client-related matters.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews with the Business Manager and team to discuss performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate with leadership to report on store and staff progress.
- Drive sales floor productivity to meet daily goals and support Beauty Advisors in achieving sales targets.
- Develop the team to build long-term customer relationships and act as a brand ambassador to drive loyalty.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly, partnering with the Business Manager for escalation when necessary.
- Supervise and execute floor stock maintenance, including replenishment.
- Complete all store operational tasks, including sales communication and daily audits.
- Communicate stock needs and requests to stock associates or managers.
- Comply with educational functions, such as completing Bee GUERLAIN modules.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales and management.
- Prior experience as a Business Manager, Sales, or Training Manager.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Ability to resolve customer inquiries with a solution-oriented approach.
- Operational proficiency in stock management and compliance.
A minimum of 3 years in prestige luxury retail sales and management, preferably in a freestanding location or counter.
Salary range of $60,000-$65,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
