Guerlain Analytical Laboratory Technician (Apprenticeship)

1. Perform routine and non‑routine analytical testing of raw materials, concentrates and finished fragrance juices following SOPs and after site training/habilitation.
2. Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation used for fragrance and raw material analysis (gas chromatography, spectrometry, refractometry, density and alcohol content measurements).
3. Prepare samples, document test conditions and record results with traceability in laboratory notebooks and quality systems.
4. Contribute to site quality culture by participating in quality checks, corrective actions, continuous improvement initiatives and laboratory housekeeping.
5. Ensure compliance with laboratory safety rules, calibration schedules and instrument qualification programs.

1. Currently enrolled in a BTS, DUT or Licence Professionnelle with a specialization in Chemistry (work‑study / alternance).
2. Permis de conduire (driver’s license) and personal vehicle required due to limited public transport access to the site.
3. Demonstrable analytical mindset, curiosity and critical thinking.
4. Autonomous, proactive and rigorous working style with strong organisational skills and a hands‑on approach.
5. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with production and quality teams.
