1. Plan and manage the achievement of sales objectives and customer service excellence.
2. Implement Guerlain's commercial policy and ensure objectives are met.
3. Monitor and manage all retail performance KPIs.
4. Recruit, develop, and retain customers.
5. Ensure quality of service, manage customer relationships, and resolve disputes efficiently.
6. Participate in recruitment, training, and integration of new employees.
7. Define individual and team objectives, evaluate performance, and identify training needs.
8. Supervise administrative management including schedules, payroll, and bonuses.
9. Ensure the image of the counter is maintained through effective visual merchandising.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
