- Serve as an ambassador for Guerlain, embodying and transmitting the brand's values to customers and employees.
- Plan and manage the achievement of sales objectives and ensure excellence in customer service.
- Implement the strategy set by management and ensure its execution.
- Recruit, develop, and retain customers while monitoring retail performance KPIs.
- Ensure quality service on the floor, manage customer relationships, and address disputes efficiently.
- Implement Guerlain's commercial policy and meet set objectives.
- Analyze business KPIs and manage reporting.
- Develop action plans, challenges, and partnerships based on priorities and results.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and integration of new employees.
- Foster a climate of trust within the team through effective management and communication.
- Define individual and team objectives, evaluate performance, and identify training needs.
- Coach and train teams to ensure continuous development of skills.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and operating rules at the point of sale.
- Manage disciplinary measures in collaboration with HR.
- Supervise administrative management, including schedules, payroll, and training.
- Oversee maintenance and risk management, including physical security and cash management.
- Ensure the counter's image is maintained through effective visual merchandising.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Innate sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of business management applications.
