- Serve as an ambassador for Guerlain, embodying and transmitting the brand's values to customers and employees.
- Plan and manage the achievement of sales objectives and ensure excellence in customer service.
- Implement and enforce Guerlain's unique sales methodology.
- Recruit, develop, and retain customers while monitoring retail performance KPIs.
- Ensure quality service on the sales floor, managing customer relationships, disputes, and complaints efficiently.
- Implement Guerlain's commercial policy and contribute to the achievement of business objectives and P&L.
- Analyze and report on business KPIs, developing action plans and partnerships as needed.
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and integration of new employees, fostering a climate of trust and well-being within the team.
- Define individual and team objectives, evaluate performance, and identify training needs.
- Supervise administrative management, including schedules, payroll, and risk management.
- Ensure the visual merchandising and image of the counter are maintained to Guerlain's standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
- Innate sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational capacity and commercial sensitivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business management applications.
- Ability to coach and lead a team with managerial courage and empathy.
- Autonomous with a strong power of proposal and exemplary in procedure application.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
