- Lead and inspire the team to deliver an unparalleled luxury service culture in the store.
- Execute strategy and provide real-time coaching on the selling floor to achieve business and product category goals.
- Contribute to the recruitment, retention, and development of top-tier talent.
- Represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador, embodying and promoting Gucci Values.
- Ensure a superior client experience and manage client flow on the selling floor.
- Utilize clienteling tools to drive client loyalty and acquisition.
- Lead clienteling activities and develop action plans to reach goals and KPIs.
- Support local events and product launches, ensuring client attendance and sales targets are met.
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to Client Advisors to ensure their development and motivation.
- Conduct performance and development conversations with direct reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments and adhere to company policies.
- Monitor store performance and propose action plans to reach targets.
- Utilize digital platforms to support store and online product sales.
- Ensure optimal stock/inventory management and adherence to health, safety, and security standards.
- 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of four years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
