1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional performance with a customer-centric approach.
2. Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to achieve business and product category goals.
3. Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers in the marketplace.
4. Support and guide Client Advisors during store opening and closing as Manager on Duty.
5. Conduct regular performance conversations and develop action plans for team growth.
6. Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding high-performing team members.
7. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, providing follow-up when necessary.
8. Execute a superior client experience, fostering long-lasting relationships with clientele.
9. Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow client bases.
10. Monitor and strategize client advisor performance to ensure clienteling excellence.
11. Manage customer flow and resolve service issues to retain client relationships.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain company standards.
13. Support visual merchandising standards and maintain organization of company assets.
14. Track special orders and communicate bestseller needs through business planning.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Proper work authorization to work in the United States.

1. Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
3. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
4. Ability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.
5. High level of integrity and professionalism.

A minimum of 2-4 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
