- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional performance with a customer-centric approach.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to achieve business and product category goals.
- Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers in the marketplace.
- Support and guide Client Advisors during store opening and closing as Manager on Duty.
- Conduct regular performance conversations and develop action plans for team growth.
- Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding high-performing team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, providing follow-up when necessary.
- Execute a superior client experience, fostering long-lasting relationships with clientele.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow client bases.
- Monitor and strategize client advisor performance to ensure clienteling excellence.
- Manage customer flow and resolve service issues to retain client relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain company standards.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain organization of company assets.
- Track special orders and communicate bestseller needs through business planning.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proper work authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Ability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
A minimum of 2-4 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
