1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
2. Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to enhance team performance.
3. Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and market presence.
4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop action plans for team improvement.
5. Oversee store operations as Manager on Duty, ensuring adherence to company policies.
6. Facilitate client engagement and relationship-building activities to enhance customer loyalty.
7. Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to meet business objectives.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and local events.
9. Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in alignment with brand guidelines.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and achieve measurable results.
4. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Ability to analyze sales reports and identify business trends.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to inspire and influence a team.

2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
