Gucci Team Manager

- Guide and inspire the team to achieve optimal performance through a client-focused approach, ensuring excellence in customer experience and sales ceremonies.
- Lead and manage the team in real-time on the sales floor, providing briefings and coaching to meet sales targets across all product categories.
- Act as an ambassador of the brand, embodying its values and serving as a reference point for the team to cultivate excellence in all areas.
- Ensure a professional and supportive work environment, fostering mutual trust and exemplary management practices to achieve superior results.
- Conduct regular evaluations and implement action plans to enhance team performance.
- Serve as a liaison between the Store Director and Human Resources on all team-related HR matters.
- Support store opening and closing procedures as needed.
- Deliver strategic and aligned communication during morning briefings to meet daily objectives.
- Develop and support the team on the sales floor to ensure proficiency in selling all product categories.
- Inspire and guide the team to provide a unique client experience based on Gucci's standards of excellence.
- Ensure the team is engaged in long-term client relationship building and loyalty.
- Coordinate client development activities to achieve commercial objectives.
- Evaluate and enhance sales associate performance to achieve client excellence.
- Monitor sales performance by product category and proactively implement actions to meet store objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Store Director and merchandising team to provide real-time feedback on products, stock levels, and client requests.
- Ensure all sales associates develop product knowledge through available training programs.
- Proven leadership experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong understanding of clienteling and customer relationship management.
- Ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector is required.
