Gucci Team Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members on the shop floor.
- Support the opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty, ensuring smooth operations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and develop action plans for team improvement.
- Drive client engagement and build long-lasting relationships with clientele.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
- Monitor and strategize around key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, HR, and Visual Merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support local events and product launches to enhance brand presence.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and build loyalty.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Passion for the fashion industry and ability to inspire a team.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
