- Maximize store performance to exceed targets and goals with a focus on team management and development.

- Monitor the performance of assigned categories and propose action plans to reach targets.
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to maximize category potential and maintain store image.
- Ensure the team develops comprehensive product knowledge through specific training and awareness of market trends and competitors.
- Proven experience in a retail management role within the luxury fashion industry.
