1. Maximize store performance to exceed targets and goals with a focus on team management and development.
2. Lead by example to promote a positive and professional team environment fostering trust, integrity, and superior performance standards.
3. Provide support and ongoing feedback to client advisors to ensure their development, motivation, and sense of belonging.
4. Conduct regular performance conversations to discuss results and develop action plans.
5. Ensure consistent client experience through on-the-spot coaching.
6. Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding a high-performing team.
7. Partner with Store Manager and Human Resources to resolve employee relations issues effectively.
8. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures by team members.
9. Lead and inspire the team to execute superior client experiences, fostering a hospitality mindset.
10. Develop a client engagement mindset to build long-lasting relationships with clientele.
11. Lead the execution of clienteling activities, developing actions to reach goals and KPIs.
12. Monitor the performance of assigned categories and propose action plans to reach targets.
13. Collaborate with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to maximize category potential and maintain store image.
14. Ensure team develops comprehensive product knowledge through specific training and awareness of market trends and competitors.
