- Maximize store performance to exceed targets and goals with a focus on team management and development.
- Lead by example to promote a positive and professional team environment fostering trust, integrity, and superior performance standards.
- Provide support and ongoing feedback to client advisors to ensure their development, motivation, and sense of belonging.
- Conduct regular performance conversations to discuss results and develop action plans.
- Ensure consistent client experience through on-the-spot coaching.
- Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding a high-performing team.
- Partner with Store Manager and Human Resources to resolve employee relations issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures by team members.
- Lead and inspire the team to execute superior client experiences, fostering a hospitality mindset.
- Develop a client engagement mindset to build long-lasting relationships with clientele.
- Lead the execution of clienteling activities, developing actions to reach goals and KPIs.
- Monitor the performance of assigned categories and propose action plans to reach targets.
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to maximize category potential and maintain store image.
- Ensure team develops comprehensive product knowledge through specific training and awareness of market trends and competitors.
- Proven experience in retail management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Relationship building with clients and team members.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field preferred.
