- Collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize sales performance and meet sales targets while ensuring operational excellence.
- Exhibit leadership on the sales floor by engaging with top clients and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with business departments to maximize full-price sales and align with new product launches.
- Educate associates on brand pillars and seasonal strategies through training and communication.
- Lead client development initiatives, including establishing client relationships and organizing local events.
- Ensure superior customer service and after-sales experience to enhance customer loyalty.
- Support CRM initiatives by developing action plans and supervising customer data capture.
- Partner with the Store Manager to review monthly store performance and report on business trends.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including operations, human resources, and security standards.
- Conduct loss prevention audits and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Provide accurate scheduling to ensure adequate floor coverage and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Support talent management through coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Attract, recruit, and retain high-performing team members and manage staff resources effectively.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Ability to analyze information, prioritize business needs, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with retail systems and shipping software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 4-6 years in retail operations, preferably within luxury or service-oriented sectors, with supervisory experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
