Team Manager

1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
2. Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to achieve business goals.
3. Develop and grow team talent, ensuring adherence to Gucci values.
4. Support store operations, including opening and closing as Manager on Duty.
5. Conduct performance reviews and develop action plans for team improvement.
6. Lead client engagement activities to build long-lasting relationships.
7. Monitor and strategize to meet business objectives and KPIs.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain company standards.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
3. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
4. Ability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.

2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
