- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and development.
- Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and market presence.
- Oversee store operations as Manager on Duty, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and develop action plans for team growth.
- Drive client engagement and retention through effective clienteling strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product sales and store operations.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze business trends and react swiftly to market changes.
- Demonstrated success in driving client loyalty and achieving measurable results.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
2-4 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail environments.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
