1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences.
2. Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to achieve business goals.

4. Capture and utilize client data to personalize client development opportunities.
5. Conduct clienteling activities and develop action plans to reach goals and KPIs.
6. Monitor Client Advisor performance and ensure clienteling excellence.

9. Model Gucci image through appropriate wardrobe and presence.
10. Develop deep knowledge of competition and stay connected to local trends.

1. 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
3. High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
4. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
5. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
