- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals.
- Represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador, promoting Gucci Values and Amplifiers.
- Support and guide Client Advisors, ensuring their development and engagement.
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing as Manager on Duty.
- Conduct performance conversations and develop action plans.
- Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding a high-performing team.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead client engagement activities to build long-lasting relationships.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
- Monitor client advisor performance and strategize to meet KPIs.
- Support local events and product launches, ensuring client attendance and sales results.
- Partner with Store Director and Merchandising team to maximize category potential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to enforce company policies.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
