Gucci Team Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve high performance through customer-centric strategies.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
- Represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador, promoting brand values and amplifiers in the marketplace.
- Support and guide Client Advisors during store opening and closing as Manager on Duty.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop action plans for team improvement.
- Participate in recruiting and onboarding high-performing team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead the execution of client engagement activities to build long-lasting customer relationships.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
- Manage customer flow and resolve service issues to maintain client relationships.
- Collaborate with Store Director and Merchandising team to optimize product performance.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained according to global guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to enforce company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proper work authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.
A minimum of 2-4 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
