1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.
2. Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the shop floor to enhance team performance.
3. Develop and implement action plans to meet product category targets.
4. Ensure a consistent and superior client experience, fostering long-lasting relationships with clientele.
5. Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures as Manager on Duty.
6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop talent within the team.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to adhere to company policies and procedures.
8. Support visual merchandising standards and maintain organization of company assets.
9. Utilize digital platforms to support store and online sales.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Proper work authorization to work in the United States.
