Gucci Team Manager

- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales performance and achieve sales targets while maintaining operational integrity.
- Exhibit sales leadership by engaging with top clients on the sales floor and ensuring exemplary customer service.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with business departments to maximize full-price sales and align with product launches.
- Train and educate associates on brand pillars and seasonal strategies in collaboration with the Training Area.
- Lead client development initiatives, including establishing client relationships and executing superior customer service.
- Support CRM initiatives by providing actionable plans and supervising customer data capture for personalized client development.
- Partner with the Store Manager to analyze monthly store performance and report business trends, including competitor analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss prevention audits, and inventory management to minimize shrinkage.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and organize company assets according to guidelines.
- Assist in talent management by conducting coaching sessions, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Attract, recruit, and retain high-performing team members while supporting a branded onboarding experience.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for managing and developing a team.
- Ability to analyze information, prioritize business needs, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Experience with retail systems and shipping software programs.
A minimum of 4-6 years in retail operations, luxury retail, or a service-related industry, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
