1. Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
3. Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
4. Capture and manage meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize client development.
5. Maintain an organized client book and ensure regular client follow-up.
6. Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
8. Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Uphold Gucci visual standards in product displays.
10. Organize and maintain stockroom and understock areas.
11. Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

1. Ability to maintain regular attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
2. 1+ years of service-related work experience.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in technology.
5. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Minimum of 1 year in a service-related role, preferably in luxury retail.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
