Gucci Team Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve high performance through a customer-centric approach.
- Deliver real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to meet business and product category goals.
- Represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador, promoting Gucci Values and Amplifiers within the marketplace.
- Support and provide regular feedback to Client Advisors to ensure ongoing development and high motivation.
- Manage store operations as Manager on Duty, including opening and closing procedures.
- Conduct morning briefings and communicate key business objectives.
- Develop cross-category focus to ensure comprehensive product knowledge among team members.
- Participate in recruiting and onboarding high-performing team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead client engagement initiatives to build long-lasting relationships with clientele.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
- Monitor client advisor performance and strategize to ensure clienteling excellence.
- Collaborate with Store Director and Merchandising team to provide feedback on products and stock.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained according to guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provide accurate scheduling and leadership zoning to ensure adequate floor coverage.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Ability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.
