Gucci Team Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to enhance team performance.
- Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers in the marketplace.
- Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and lead morning briefings.
- Develop and implement strategies for cross-category sales and client engagement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and develop action plans for team development.
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining high-performing team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Execute clienteling activities to build long-lasting client relationships and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with Store Director and Merchandising team to optimize product performance and store image.
- Utilize digital platforms to support sales and client engagement.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and organization of company assets.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional departments to support business operations.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Passion for the fashion industry and ability to inspire a team.
A minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.
