Gucci Team Coordinator

- Serve as a Gucci Ambassador by welcoming clients and directing them to available Client Advisors.
- Support the sales team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Assist in preparing for VIG client appointments and closing transactions.
- Provide dressing room support and facilitate client interactions.
- Manage the packing and payment process, including store transfers and product inquiries.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Ensure all return and exchange paperwork is processed correctly.
- Maintain knowledge of Gucci products and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service.
- Experience with POS systems is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
Minimum of 2 years in luxury retail, hospitality, or a customer service-related industry.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
