Gucci Team Coordinator

- Provide overall store support to front and back of house teams with sales support, POS, inventory tasks, stock processing, and administrative functions.
- Serve as a Gucci Ambassador by promoting Gucci Values and creating a luxury client experience.
- Assist in the selling process and ensure the highest level of client experience.
- Support Client Advisors in preparing for client appointments and closing transactions.
- Facilitate store transfer requests, charge sends, and product inquiries.
- Assist with store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service-related industry.
- Experience operating a POS system is a plus.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proper work authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service-related industry.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $20.00 USD to $22.00 USD.
