- Support the overall recruitment process, including market research, candidate searching, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
- Utilize sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract candidates through online job postings, direct searches, and referrals.
- Explore professional job sites to source talent from diverse industries beyond retail.
- Post job advertisements and build talent pools proactively through direct searching.
- Evaluate applicants against position requirements and provide information about the organization and role.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive records of applicants and interview data.
- Support employer branding and recruitment projects both in Korea and internationally.
- Provide visa support for overseas employees and prepare onboarding processes in Korea.
- Manage candidate data in master files and systems.
- Perform administrative tasks using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resource Management.
- Previous recruiting experience, including internships, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and maintain data accuracy.
- Fluency in English and Korean.
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred, including internships.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma required.
