Gucci Store Trainer

- Deliver and facilitate one-to-one, classroom, and in-store training sessions, both face-to-face and virtually.
- Adapt training style and methodology to suit diverse audiences, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Act as a training consultant for Store Managers and Retail Area Managers, providing recommendations and solutions for business training needs.
- Monitor training KPIs such as NPS, retention, behaviors, and ROTI, and analyze business KPIs to identify learning solutions that impact sales.
- Identify and leverage coaching moments to change behaviors and improve performance, adjusting style and approach as necessary.
- Transfer selling skills and techniques, demonstrating expertise in product storytelling and customer needs analysis.
- Manage relationships between business owners and the training team, assessing training needs and defining priorities.
- Develop and execute communication strategies related to business training projects, acting as a change management leader.
- Ensure training content and delivery meet communicated expectations.
- Minimum of 5 years in the retail industry, ideally with a retail shop floor background.
- Previous experience in training departments or roles focused on training and developing others.
- Proficiency in influencing and project management.
- Familiarity with store environments and strong retail business orientation.
- Knowledge of adult learning techniques and experience in digital learning.
- Proven experience in presentation and people development.
- International experience and strong cultural sensitivity.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical approach and project management capabilities.
- Agility and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- High teamwork skills and cultural sensitivity.
