Gucci Store Trainer

- Deliver and facilitate one-to-one, classroom, meeting, and in-store training.
- Adapt style and methodology to meet audience needs.
- Create a positive learning environment and culture.
- Act as the training expert and partner for the Store Manager and Retail Area Manager.
- Provide effective recommendations and solutions to meet business training needs.
- Monitor training KPIs according to the global framework.
- Analyze business KPIs to identify learning solutions to impact sales.
- Identify and leverage coaching moments to change behaviors and improve performance.
- Transfer selling skills and techniques.
- Manage relationships between business owners and the training team.
- Develop and execute communication strategies tied to business training projects.
- Minimum 5 years in the retail industry, ideally including retail shop floor background.
- Previous experience in training departments or roles involving training and developing others.
