Gucci Store Planning & Facilities Manager

- Assist in developing strategic plans for effective resource distribution, including capex and external services, in alignment with departmental directives.
- Manage data collection for project schedules efficiently.
- Select, monitor, and evaluate contractor and consultant performance and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines for new and existing store concepts and monitor rollouts.
- Collaborate with regional teams and external quality surveying consultants to manage tendering processes in compliance with company guidelines.
- Review and manage documentation for construction projects, including exterior and interior works, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure contracts adhere to Worldwide Store Planning policies and legal guidelines.
- Review layouts for new openings and refurbishment projects.
- Submit drawing submissions to the corporate design team promptly.
- Coordinate material sampling with local teams and submit for corporate approval.
- Develop new furniture and interior designs in collaboration with corporate store planning teams.
- Review construction drawing packages to ensure alignment with corporate design standards.
- Conduct on-site inspections and review completion reports.
- Monitor quality surveying consultants to ensure contract compliance.
- Oversee repairs, maintenance, and facility operations, coordinating with store operations and vendors to develop sustainable solutions.
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in architecture, in-house design, or interior design teams.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Experience in project management within luxury industries, including tendering and cost estimation.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in architecture, in-house design, or interior design teams, preferably within the luxury industry.
Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, or related discipline.
