Gucci Store Planning & Facilities Manager

1. Assist in developing strategic plans for effective resource distribution, including capex and external services, in alignment with departmental directives.
2. Manage data collection for project schedules efficiently.
3. Select, monitor, and evaluate contractor and consultant performance and service quality.
4. Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines for new and existing store concepts and monitor rollouts.
5. Collaborate with regional teams and external quality surveying consultants to manage tendering processes in compliance with company guidelines.
6. Review and manage documentation for construction projects, including exterior and interior works, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
7. Coordinate with regional teams to ensure contracts adhere to Worldwide Store Planning policies and legal guidelines.
8. Review layouts for new openings and refurbishment projects.
9. Submit drawing submissions to the corporate design team promptly.
10. Coordinate material sampling with local teams and submit for corporate approval.
11. Develop new furniture and interior designs in collaboration with corporate store planning teams.
12. Review construction drawing packages to ensure alignment with corporate design standards.
13. Conduct on-site inspections and review completion reports.
14. Monitor quality surveying consultants to ensure contract compliance.
15. Oversee repairs, maintenance, and facility operations, coordinating with store operations and vendors to develop sustainable solutions.

1. Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, or related discipline.
2. Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in architecture, in-house design, or interior design teams.
3. Fluency in Spanish and English.
4. Experience in project management within luxury industries, including tendering and cost estimation.

A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in architecture, in-house design, or interior design teams, preferably within the luxury industry.

Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, or related discipline.
