Gucci Store Operations Specialist

- Manage receipt, storage, movement and dispatch of merchandise in the store’s Back of House (BOH), including all related inventory record-keeping and system entries.
- Maintain accurate stock control and implement loss-prevention measures to preserve inventory integrity.
- Oversee ordering and inventory of consumables, store stationery, uniforms and client-related materials.
- Coordinate operational projects and communicate with corporate teams to implement store policies, procedures and initiatives.
- Liaise with in-store teams (sales, visual merchandising, repairs, etc.) to ensure smooth daily operations and service continuity.
- Support the sales team as required with gift-wrapping, client packaging and ad-hoc client service duties.
- Provide operational assistance for store events, renovations, pop-ups and VM changes, including setup and logistics.
- Manage internal and external storage facilities and related transfers.
- Handle store telephone and email enquiries related to operations and client service.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to maintain high store-level efficiency.
- Meticulous attention to detail with disciplined administrative practices.
- Proficiency in office applications (Microsoft Office) and basic retail IT systems.
- High ethical standards and strong sense of responsibility regarding stock and client items.
- Effective team player with demonstrated teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Clear, professional communication skills in-person, by telephone and by email.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Customer-service mindset with commitment to supporting client-facing teams.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or related industry preferred.

Practical experience in retail operations, stock control or back-of-house logistics is preferred; prior experience within luxury retail is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to coordinate with corporate teams and support store events or projects is desirable.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or certification in retail management, logistics or business administration is advantageous.
