Gucci Store Operations Manager

- Execute and supervise all store operations processes in alignment with local and regional policies to ensure optimal store functionality.
- Implement and oversee action plans to enhance store operational performance.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular inventories, cycle counts, and monitoring of store-to-store operations such as transfers and consolidations.
- Guarantee the availability of necessary supplies to support daily operations.
- Maintain communication with corporate operations and security to report any deviations or anomalies in store processes.
- Submit security checklists and operations reports to corporate and regional offices as required.
- Minimum of 4 years of retail operations experience.
- Background in business administration, finance/economics, or fashion.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze information and identify business priorities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 4 years in retail operations, with a focus on business administration, finance/economics, or fashion.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Fashion, or a related field.
