Gucci Store Operations Associate

- Receive, control, and manage merchandise deliveries and shipments, ensuring accurate tracking and storage.
- Conduct all aspects of stock management, including inventories, ticketing, price changes, and handling VIP requests.
- Maintain optimal organization of storage space for current and past collections.
- Monitor packaging stock levels and track defective products.
- Ensure timely receipt, tagging, and distribution of products and supplies.
- Adhere to Gucci policies for loss prevention and accurate stock management, reporting any misconduct to store management.
- Participate in merchandise inventories and stock takes to identify discrepancies and losses.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare new display elements and conduct transfers.
- Assist in store operations during peak times, including reception and storage.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the back of house.
- Support in updating and moving Kering Service tickets for Before and After Sales.
- Manage the inbound and outbound process of product care items.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Store Director.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion retail or luxury sector.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with efficient inventory management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management processes.
- Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with store management and sales teams.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the position, such as lifting boxes.
Previous experience in a similar role within the fashion retail or luxury sector is preferred.
