- Oversee the store's logistics, maintenance, and security, ensuring the safety of both assets and personnel.
- Train team members on Gucci's brand culture, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance their skills and competencies.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and manage personnel administration in collaboration with the Human Resources department.
- Organize team schedules, manage work hours, absences, and leave planning.
- Optimize sales performance by achieving or surpassing financial targets through monitoring commercial indicators and KPIs.
- Analyze financial reports to make strategic adjustments aimed at increasing sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with CRM initiatives to develop and maintain the store's client database.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to address store needs and ensure product presentation aligns with Gucci's visual identity.
- Manage inventory control, minimizing unknown shrinkage and losses.
- Monitor labor costs and adjust activities to align with economic conditions.
- Facilitate effective communication between the store and corporate management, as well as among key departments.
- Create a dynamic and engaging sales environment for clients by effectively training and motivating team members.
- Ensure exceptional in-store experiences by meeting client needs and fostering customer loyalty.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 10 years of managerial experience in the retail or luxury sector.
- Proven experience in luxury product sales.
- Strong ambassadorial skills for representing the brand and its values.
- In-depth product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Passion for fashion and the luxury industry.
- Proficiency in English; a third language is advantageous.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on service orientation and persuasion.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
- Results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Autonomous with a proactive approach and initiative.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
A minimum of 10 years in a managerial role within the retail or luxury industry, with a focus on luxury product sales.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
