1. Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives.
2. Analyze monthly store performance and report on current trends.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership through customer engagement and service excellence.
4. Manage stock levels and align with new product launches.
5. Train and communicate current collection knowledge to client advisors.
6. Develop and implement business action plans to enhance sales.
7. Lead the team in establishing relationships and proposing local events.
8. Conduct monthly coaching sessions with client advisors.
9. Oversee performance check-in process and establish goals for employees.
10. Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team.
11. Manage staff resources and scheduling to drive sales and customer service.
12. Ensure development and execution of company CRM initiatives.
13. Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, and Loss Prevention.
14. Monitor store expenses and maintain operating budget.
15. Support and maintain visual merchandising standards.

1. Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
3. Fluent in Spanish and English.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
5. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
