- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
- Analyze monthly store performance and report on current trends, including competitor performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership on the sales floor, ensuring top-tier customer service and meeting mystery shopper program goals.
- Manage stock levels to maximize full-price selling and align with new product launches.
- Train client advisors on current collection knowledge and brand pillars.
- Communicate company KPIs and develop strategies to meet performance standards.
- Develop and implement business action plans to enhance sales across product categories and client segments.
- Lead the team in establishing relationships and proposing local events to promote high client attendance and sales.
- Stay informed on competitors, fashion trends, and industry innovations.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
