- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives.
- Analyze monthly store performance and report on current trends.
- Demonstrate sales leadership through customer engagement and service excellence.
- Manage stock levels and align with new product launches.
- Train and communicate current collection knowledge to client advisors.
- Develop and implement business action plans to enhance sales.
- Lead the team in establishing relationships and proposing local events.
- Conduct monthly coaching sessions with client advisors.
- Oversee performance check-in process and establish goals for employees.
- Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team.
- Manage staff resources and scheduling to drive sales and customer service.
- Ensure development and execution of company CRM initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, and Loss Prevention.
- Monitor store expenses and maintain operating budget.
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.

- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
