1. Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthly profitability.
2. Analyze monthly store performance, reporting on business trends including competitor performance.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients and ensuring superior customer service.
4. Manage stock levels through direct communication with key departments to maximize full price selling and align with new product launches.
5. Train and communicate current collection knowledge to associates, ensuring the team is educated on brand pillars and seasonal strategy.
6. Communicate company KPIs and identify strategies to meet performance standards.
7. Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Regional Director to enhance sales.
8. Lead the team in establishing relationships and proposing local events to promote high client attendance and strong sales results.
9. Stay informed on competitors, fashion trends, industry news, and technological innovations.
10. Conduct monthly coaching sessions with associates to review performance and provide feedback.
11. Oversee the annual review process and set employee goals.
12. Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team and build a talent pipeline.
13. Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for new hires.
14. Manage staff resources and scheduling to drive sales and ensure customer service.
15. Partner with Regional Director and HR Manager for employee relations issues.
16. Manage business objectives using a top client strategy to retain and develop high-potential clients.
17. Promote brand awareness and capture market share through community outreach and events.
18. Lead the team in executing superior customer service and after-sales experience.
19. Ensure development and execution of CRM initiatives and monitor CRM database reporting.
20. Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Loss Prevention while enforcing company policies.
21. Monitor store expenses and maintain the operating budget.
22. Comply with Loss Prevention audits and inventory reconciliations.
23. Oversee merchandise requests and shipments.
24. Provide accurate monthly schedules and ensure timely payroll submission.
25. Support and maintain visual merchandising standards.
26. Maintain organization of company assets and adhere to consignment program policies.

1. Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Fluent in Portuguese and English.

4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

8. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 7 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.
