- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives.
- Analyze monthly store performance and report current trends.
- Demonstrate sales leadership through customer engagement.
- Manage stock levels and maintain high sell-through rates.
- Train and communicate current collection knowledge to associates.
- Develop and implement business action plans with the Market Director.
- Lead the team to establish relationships and propose local events.
- Conduct monthly coaching sessions with associates.
- Oversee performance check-in process and establish goals.
- Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team.
- Manage staff resources and scheduling to drive sales.
- Partner with Human Resources for employee relations issues.
- Manage client development and CRM initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, and Loss Prevention.
- Monitor store expenses and maintain operating budget.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $135,000 USD to $150,000 USD.
