- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
- Analyze store performance and report on trends, including competitor performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership through active customer engagement and achieving customer service goals.
- Manage stock levels and communicate with key business departments to maximize full price selling.
- Train and communicate current collection knowledge to associates, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Communicate company KPIs and develop strategies to meet performance standards.
- Develop and implement business action plans to enhance sales across product categories.
- Lead the team in establishing relationships and organizing local events to promote client engagement.
- Monitor competitors, fashion trends, and industry innovations.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
