Gucci Store Director

- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
- Analyze monthly store performance and report on trends, including competitor performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership through active customer engagement and ensure high levels of customer service.
- Manage stock levels and maintain alignment with new product launches.
- Train and communicate brand knowledge to client advisors and ensure team education on brand pillars.
- Develop and implement business action plans to enhance sales across product categories.
- Lead the team in establishing relationships and organizing local events to boost client engagement and sales.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in operations and loss prevention.
- Oversee daily merchandise processing and ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
A minimum of 7 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is mandatory.
