1. Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
2. Analyze monthly store performance and report on trends, including competitor performance.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership through active customer engagement and ensure high levels of customer service.
4. Manage stock levels and maintain alignment with new product launches.
5. Train and communicate brand knowledge to client advisors and ensure team education on brand pillars.
6. Develop and implement business action plans to enhance sales across product categories.
7. Lead the team in establishing relationships and organizing local events to boost client engagement and sales.
8. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in operations and loss prevention.
9. Oversee daily merchandise processing and ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards.

1. Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
3. Fluency in Spanish and English.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
5. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
6. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
