Gucci Store Director

- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
- Analyze monthly store performance and report on current trends, including competitor performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients on the sales floor, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Manage and support stock levels through communication with key business departments to maximize full-price selling.
- Train and communicate current collection knowledge to all associates, ensuring the team is educated on brand pillars and season strategy.
- Communicate company-set KPIs and develop strategies to meet performance standards.
- Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Market Director to enhance sales.
- Lead the team in establishing relationships and proposing local events to promote high client attendance and sales results.
- Proactively follow competitors, fashion trends, industry news, and new technology innovations.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong background in relationship building with both external and internal clients.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Sales leadership and customer engagement skills.
- Proficiency in managing stock levels and aligning with new product launches.
- Ability to develop and implement business action plans.
- Networking and event management skills.
